Life hacks that can be used in any kitchen:
1. HOW TO CUT
Be sure to buy a high-quality set of knives. Although they can be more expensive, a perfectly sharpened Japanese knife saves a lot of time, and gives the best results. You won’t need to suffer while peeling the tomatoes, slicing other vegetables or chopping your herbs.

2. HOW TO GRIND
Another tool I like to use is the pestle. Stone ones are great for
grinding spices, garlic and herbs. After all, most spices lose their aroma when stored in
their ground form, but a pestle allows you to crush just the right amount of coriander,
cumin, etc. Also, it is perfect for homemade guacamole.
3. HOW TO SERVE
As we know, France is famous for its production of cheese. In every home we always have a variety of cheeses ready to be served as a cheese board to guests - or simply for a family dinner. But! There is one rule - if violated, even the best French cheese can be tasteless. Be sure to take out your cheese from the fridge at least an hour before serving, as this will strongly improve its flavor and texture.

4. HOW TO FRY
When cooking at home, most people use teflon pans to prepare their steaks - a big mistake! Use a cast iron skillet instead - it allows for the heat to be distributed evenly over the surface. And it is almost completely immune to damage - it will last forever!
5. HOW TO STORE
Each of us has come across a rock-hard avocado. The main thing to avoid at this stage is cutting it open in order to check its ripeness. Sad on the outside - means sad on the inside. Instead, wrap the avocado in paper and store it in a dry place, preferably at room temperature, several days. Once the avocado reaches the desired ripeness, it can be transferred to the lower shelf of the refrigerator
