We love pumpkin! Its flavor, color, shape, benefits - all of it! During this season she is
the star of all specialty menus. For our warm salad with goat cheese, mangold and
rucola at „Ryba na Dache“ and „R14“ we marinate the pumpkin with herbs before
baking. Our pumpkin cream soup with seeds is another must-try - so cozy and
nourishing.
Pumpkin manti - a specialty favorite at „Ryba na Dache”. We even have a secret list of
customers we call ahead of time in order to let them know the dish is back! But,
perhaps, you’re already one of them…? If so, we highly recommend you try our
pumpkin risotto with burrata at „R14“ - and don’t forget to note the elegant touch of
estragon.
At MARITOZZO we dedicate two sections of our menu to this vibrant vegetable. The
first being for our (now legendary at PROBKA) colorful caramelle - candy-shaped pasta
with a creamy pumpkin and Parmesan filling. And the second to an exquisite dessert -
caramelized pumpkin with mascarpone mousse and a roasted pecan crumble.
We were sure to prepare a juicy accompaniment to all our specialties. The brightness of
the Calabria cocktail is obtained thanks to the „San Pellegrino Momenti clementine &
peach“, its twist - Angostura rum and a textured peach purée.
The Arancello is a combination of Limoncello and „San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa“ - an
