The long awaited season of one of the most precious mushrooms - the white truffle - has arrived
at our restaurants: Probka in Moscow, Maritozzo and Probka in St. Petersburg.
Traditionally, we use the truffle as a final touch of exquisiteness to the classic dishes on our
menu, in order to highlight the complex aroma of the delicacy: beef tartare, pasta al burro and
pizza. But, of course, we will be happy to add it to any dish of your choice.
